  • I'm a first time timer getting a tattoo and was wondering anyone's experience with Totem Tattoo in Williamsport, PA. I'm also wondering how reliable they are, how their art is, cleanliness, etc...any help is appreciated! I'm planning on getting the first tattoo near Thanksgiving this year.

  • Im not sure about that place but another one that I have heard of is Shak and Ink Tattoos. I think they are pretty good and would probably be a good idea to shop around considering it doenst come off you know!
