I always asked this question ...is Y discriminatory ?
This is a section called "cultures and groups". Disabled people are a group of people. GLBT people are a group of people. Why are Senior Citizens in the same category then?
'cause it's the marginalized minority section. See? Old people are under this section too
I don't think the fact that its grouped with people with *disabilities* that discriminatory. It's much worse that you have to click about 6 subcategorys to get here is better for your argument.

Because this is a CULTURE section, disabled people as well as christian people, all the races etc are cultures, gay lesbian bisexual and transgender is also a culture. has nothing to do with discrimination. GLBT is a subsection of society and culture, first you click society and culture then you click culture and groups, then you click GLBT, b/c it is a culture group aswell as disabled people.

there is nothing wrong with elderly and disabled people, in fact i am preparing a presentation on ageism in healthcare but i think LGBT should be in the relationships section. i think they didnt put it there is because its controversial and this is hidden away. when i first joined yahoo i couldnt even find it
I think you may confused on what the definition of an atheist is. An atheist is someone who does not believe in God or anything related to a higher power. Am not sure why you are wanting an atheist's opinion on this topic, because one is not related to the other. Maybe you should educate yourself more before you try to ask a question with the intent of making it a profound one.
