  • I have a Lexmark X3550 printer/scanner on my Windows Vista, but for some reason, it decided that it can't find Lexmark Imaging Studio. Everytime I try to open it, I get the following message:
    Lexmark Imaging Studio has stopped working
    A problem caused the program to stop working incorrectly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

    It's been doing this for about a month, and I haven't been notified. How do I fix this? I really need to scan some things to my computer.


  • You may need to open the properties of the file name and set a compatibility mode for xp. Try to reload the printer software. If this doesn't work get Vista service pack 3.
